Mommies Meet-Up Group
This group is associated with Immanuel Lutheran Church and Preschool. We started up this group for parents who want a safe place for their children to play and we wanted to provide a place where parents in the community can meet and support each other.
Our group is currently meeting once a week at Immanuel Lutheran Preschool. We meet for 1-2 hours each time. The preschool has two open classrooms with plenty of books, crafts, and toys. We meet in the classroom and let the children play in the centers. Parents can read, build blocks, or make crafts with their children. We also provide coffee and donuts for the parents.
Weather permitting; we will also spend time outside in the playground. We have toys and little tyke equipment for the children to play with. We have tables and chairs for parents as they talk to each other and watch their children play.
Our playgroup may also meet at Immanuel Lutheran Preschool for a short time and then leave together for a group outing to the library, park, or some other event or activity. We will always post these activities on our website in advance.
